How To Use The AnytimeCE Washington Upload App
This app sends completed course credits to Washington L&I.
Daily Checklist
Most days, you only need these steps.
- Open the app.
- Click Import Sheet Rows.
- Click the Run Uploads tab.
- Click Run Next 50.
- Click the View Run Results tab and review what happened.
- Fix anything marked Needs Attention.
1. Add/Load Completion Records
Start on the Add/Load Completion Records tab. For normal use, choose Google Sheets and click .
This loads new spreadsheet rows into the app. It does not send anything to Washington yet.
If Someone Gives You A File
Choose File or paste rows, select the file, then click Add to Queue.
2. Check The Queue
The Queue Preview shows rows saved in the app.
- Ready means the row will upload when you run the queue.
- Completed means the row already finished.
- Needs Attention means a person should review the row.
The page shows 25 rows at a time. If there are more rows, use Previous and Next.
3. Run The Upload
Click the Run Uploads tab. Review the number of Ready rows, enter the Run Password if asked, then click .
4. Review The Results
Click the View Run Results tab after the run finishes.
- Uploaded means success.
- Already on roster is usually okay. It means Washington says that person was already listed.
- Needs attention means something needs to be checked.
5. Fix A Row
If a row says Needs Attention, the app did not break. It usually means the row has a bad license number, name, date, or class code.
Click Edit, fix the information, then click Save and Mark Ready. The row can be tried again in a later queue run.
If Something Looks Wrong
- If you do not see a row, use Previous and Next in Queue Preview.
- If the app says the password is wrong, ask for the Run Password again.
- If Washington is slow, wait for the run to finish before trying again.
- If many rows need attention, stop and ask for help before rerunning.
What Not To Do
- Do not share the Run Password.
- Do not click Run Uploads from two browser tabs at the same time.
- Do not click Clear All unless you truly want to remove the queue rows.
- Do not keep retrying bad data without fixing it first.
